Terms and Conditions
1. In these Terms and Conditions “we”, “our” and “us” refers to The Sheffield Leather Company ABN 50 416 054 017
2. By using this website, you agree to all of these Terms and Conditions.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
3. Our products are covered for two years from the day of purchase against manufacturing defects. This is in addition to, and does not override or restrict your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. Our manufacturer’s warranty covers issues in craftsmanship and materials, however does not apply to normal wear and tear, natural variations in the leather used and damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the product.
5. For all issues relating to manufacturing defects and claims, please email sales@sheffieldleather.com, with the following information:
a. your order number; and
b. a brief explanation of the problem with the product (including pictures of the item evidencing what you say is the manufacturing defect).
6. If we deem the product as defective, we will request you to send it back to us and we will issue a full refund (including the shipping cost) or replace it, as per your choice.
7. The product should be used only for the purpose it is intended for. We advise against overloading our products beyond their capacity as it can stress out materials and stitching.
Change of Mind Return Policy
8. We offer a 30-day (from date of purchase) change of mind returns policy, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. If you changed your mind and would like to return an item, we will refund you the purchase price (excluding any shipping costs). Return shipping costs will also not be covered.
10. Please note that items returned under our change of mind policy must be unused and in their original packaging.

Product Information
12. We make all reasonable attempts to be accurate in describing our products on our website. We do not however, warrant that product descriptions or other content on this website are complete, reliable, current or error-free.
13. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see depend on your computer monitor and other factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display on any colour on the website will be accurate.
14. As each product is handmade, there is naturally a slight variance in weight and dimensions of the products.
Supply and Delivery of Goods
15. Subject to these terms and conditions, we will supply the products shown on your order confirmation. We will use our best efforts to meet indicated timeframes for delivery, however we cannot guarantee that the delivery timeframes will be met.
16. We currently use Australia Post to ship our products.
17. Standard shipping is free on all orders within Australia.
18. If you would like your item to be delivered via express shipping, additional charges will apply.
19. All wallets are boxed. As such, the weight and dimensions for non-standard shipping (i.e. express) will be taken in accordance with the dimensions and weight of the box.
20. We reserve the right to notify you that goods for which you placed orders have become unavailable for reasons beyond our control. You will receive a full refund in the event we cannot fulfil your order.
Price, Payment Methods and Security
21. We currently accept payment via Mastercard, Visa, AMEX and Paypal.
22. All prices of products shown on the website and other transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD). All prices include GST unless indicated otherwise.
23. Full payment for all orders must be received prior to dispatch of products. If payment is not received or is declined by us, your bank or credit card issuer, we will not dispatch or hold any items against your order.
24. For your peace of mind and security, we use Sha256-SSL with RSA Encryption. We do not store any of your payment information.

26. The content displayed on this website including photographs, artwork, names, logos and trademarks are the property of The Sheffield Leather Company or are included with the permission of the relevant owner. You must not use any trademarks or logos which appear on this website or do anything to prejudice the rights of the owner or licensee of such trademarks or logos. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce any content from this website, in any format, without the consent of The Sheffield Leather Company.
Disclaimer of Liability
27. To the fullest extent permitted by law (including Australian Consumer Law) The Sheffield Leather Company, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates disclaim all liability for any loss or damage whatsoever, including but without limitation to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or failures of this website and any materials posted thereon, irrespective of whether such damages were foreseeable or arise in contract, tort, equity, restitution, by statute, at common law or otherwise except to the extent the damage is directly caused by fraud or the wilful misconduct of The Sheffield Leather Company.
Indemnity

You must indemnify The Sheffield Leather Company, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from and against all actions, demands, damage and expenses for which The Sheffield Leather Company may become liable arising from your use of this website or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law
