1. In these Terms and Conditions “we”, “our” and “us” refers to The Sheffield Leather Company ABN 50 416 054 017

2. By using this website, you agree to all of these Terms and Conditions. Manufacturer’s Warranty

3. Our products are covered for two years from the day of purchase against manufacturing defects. This is in addition to, and does not override or restrict your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

4. Our manufacturer’s warranty covers issues in craftsmanship and materials, however does not apply to normal wear and tear, natural variations in the leather used and damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the product.

5. For all issues relating to manufacturing defects and claims, please email [sales@sheffieldleather.com], with the following information:

a. Your order number and a brief explanation of the problem with the product (including pictures of the item evidencing what you say is the manufacturing defect).

6. If we deem the product as defective, we will request you to send it back to us and we will issue a full refund (including the shipping cost) or replace it, as per your choice.

7. The product should be used only for the purpose it is intended for, we advise against overloading our products beyond their capacity as it can stress out materials and stitching.

1. We offer a 14-day (from date of purchase) change of mind returns policy, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. If you changed your mind and would like to return an item, we will refund you the purchase price (excluding any shipping costs). Return shipping costs will also not be covered.

3. Please note that items returned under our change of mind policy must be unused and in their original packaging.

1. We make all reasonable attempts to be accurate in describing our products on our website. We do not, however, warrant that product descriptions or other content on this website are completely reliable, current or error-free.

2. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see depend on your computer monitor and other factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display on any colour on the website will be accurate.

3. Insert weight and size disclaimer

1. Subject to these terms and conditions, we will supply the goods shown on your order confirmation. We will use our best efforts to meet indicated timeframes for delivery, however we cannot guarantee that the delivery timeframes will be met.

2. Currently, we use Australia Post to ship our products.

3. Standard shipping is free on all orders within Australia.

4. If you would like your item to be delivered via express shipping, additional charges will apply.

We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, PayPal and all major payment mechanisms, such as EFT.

1. All prices of products shown on the website and other transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

2. Full payment for all orders must be received prior to dispatch of goods. If payment is not received or is declined by us, your bank or credit card issuer, we will not dispatch or hold any items against your order

3. We use the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits OR 256-bits. We do not store any of your payment information.

2. We reserve the right to notify you that goods for which you placed orders have become unavailable for reasons beyond our control. You will receive a full refund in the event we cannot fulfil your order.
